In This Issue: The State of the Woods – A look back and forward!
Trinity Woods CEO, Garrett Lee, takes a look back at 2024 and casts a vision for 2025. Lee highlights is first several months at Trinity Woods – from change within the community to changes in the Executive Leadership Team as well as the Board of Directors.
As Trinity Woods looks ahead into 2025, Lee is encouraged by the Trinity Woods team and community and asks them to embrace whatever changes may lie ahead. The backbone will be the strategic plan and preparing for growth, which is achieved by change. “We will experience growth in our workforce, in our finances, in the quality of our services, in our philanthropic portfolio, and our physical plant,” said Lee.
We are also excited to introduce two people who fill key roles in the organization – new Head Chef, Thomas Farrell and Assisted Living Manager, Aaron Stuart.

This month Trinity Woods’ Chaplain Tisdale encourages us to embrace the fresh start to the New Year! The Wellness Team is also organizing a National Day of Service project to highlight the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. January will also bring a Young Talent Night along with performances by the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra.
