Trinity Woods Caregiver Support Group

Trinity Woods hosts a caregiver support group on the third Thursday of each month. Those who join us have or will face many challenges providing care for a loved one. Anyone participating should expect that all information be kept private and confidential amongst those who attend. Support group facilitators will be on hand to keep our focus and help in any way we can.  If you need respite care during this time contact Lori Johnson 918.346.6693.  For questions, call Lupina Fry, Wellness Nurse 918.346.6618.
