What is Hospice?

Trinity Woods has started a family support group led by our Social Worker, Aerika West Conover. Each session will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Aerika has lined up a few speakers for the coming months and we want to encourage everyone to join if you are able. We have asked speakers to prepare a 30-45 – minute presentation on their topic and allow some time for questions at the end. Refreshments will be served so please RSVP to Aerika at 918-346-6678 or awest@trinitywoodstulsa.com.
