Mardi Gras Meet the Chef Welcome Gathering

Director of Dining Services Richard Applegate will present Crawfish Etouffee, his special Mardi Gras creation. Learn how it’s made, have a tasting, and get to know Richard better. Then enjoy visiting and fellowship.  New members are especially encouraged to attend so that we can get to know you. Reservations are required by February 15, using the Wellness Reservation form or Viibrant.
