One-on-one rehabilitative and therapeutic services are available on-site at Trinity Woods. Members of the Trinity Woods community and individuals from the Tulsa community continue to benefit from our outpatient rehabilitation services following an injury, illness or accident. Our team of fully-licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists work to restore and maintain each person’s independence.

Outpatient Rehabilitation services at Trinity Woods are covered by Medicare and most secondary insurance plans.

Inpatient Rehabilitation Services: Mabee Pointe Household

Trinity Woods offers short-stay rehabilitation services to help those recovering from a recent hospitalization to restore full function.

This intimate Household is staffed with Registered Nurses, a service level unequaled among skilled nursing facilities in the Tulsa area.

Our team of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, recreational therapists and registered dieticians offers comprehensive rehabilitation.
