Strong leadership plays a critical role in shaping our organization and guiding our mission. Our Board of Directors provides thoughtful governance, strategic oversight, and a deep commitment to ensuring that Trinity Woods thrives today and in the future. Through their dedication and leadership, the Board helps ensure that we remain aligned with our values, that we are fiscally responsible, and that we remain focused on delivering exceptional service to all members of our community.

Trinity Woods is grateful for a Board that is completely local, and is comprised of directors who either live here, have loved ones who live or have lived here, or serve in professional environments specifically supporting senior living services.

Board members have been very active in their churches, in philanthropic spaces, and in the business and civic groups in and throughout the Tulsa metropolitan area. This talent, experience and generosity of time is contributed by Board members through their service and committee work. Each Board member is asked to serve on at least one Board committee. Some committees meet monthly, while others meet quarterly. I am so grateful for the high level of engagement that I’ve observed of each Board member through this committee work. We are truly blessed to have each of them.

As we welcome new Board members, residents, employees and families, and build partnerships with other organizations, I’m proud of our unwavering commitment to our mission, vision, and values.
