Trinity Woods’ Summer School, features 13 resident-led classes, the program encourages curiosity, creativity, and connection through topics ranging from artificial intelligence and climate change to bamboo flute making, gardening, history, and art. More than an educational program, Summer School strengthens friendships and reinforces that learning is a lifelong adventure best shared with others.
Chaplain Weldon Tisdale offers an inspiring devotional, “A Small Beginning Is Still a Beginning,” drawing on the biblical parable of the mustard seed to remind readers that even the smallest acts of faith, kindness, and perseverance can grow into something extraordinary. As the nation celebrates America’s 250th birthday, the message encourages readers to trust God’s work in every new beginning.
The issue also welcomes Olivia Lazar as Trinity Woods’ new Community Engagement Assistant. A recent Oklahoma State University graduate, Olivia joins the team with a passion for storytelling, community outreach, and helping share the people and experiences that make Trinity Woods such a special place to call home.
